If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You can raise a return request for the product from the App and website both. Its quick and easy, just follow the steps detailed below. Note that this has to be completed within 36 hours of the order being delivered.
Upon raising a return request, you will receive an E-Mail, text and in-application notification regarding the return process. Please note that any claim or return after 36 hours of delivery will not be entertained and will not be eligible for review.

We only ask that your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition. There are two ways in which a return can be processed.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
Once we receive your returned product, we will do a quick quality check of the product at our hub and once product passes the quality check we will credit the amount you paid for the products to your Spoyl money account or the original mode of payment (Net Banking, Debit or Credit card). If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall donate the product to an NGO and no refunds will be processed for the same.
We will initiate the refund within 1-2 business days of approval. You will receive the amount within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer/bank’s policies. Usually, it varies anywhere between 3-15 business days. You will be notified once the refund process has been initiated. You are requested to contact your bank to determine the days it would take to have the amount refunded into your account. Spoyl is not responsible for any delay which may occur due to the functioning of third party entities such as Banks etc.
Changed your mind about something you placed an order for? No problem, we have a solution for that. Buyer may cancel item(s) in their order before the item status is changed to “Picked Up”. However once an item is picked up, there is no room for cancellation. You can cancel a product by sending a request with the appropriate details such as Line ID, Order Number and Reason for Cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org.
On receiving your request for cancellation, please allow us 24 hours to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. The refund process is outlined in the refund section of this page.
Sellers are given 1-3 business days to ship the item and it takes about 2-7 business days for the shipment to be delivered to our warehouse. We shall keep you apprised at each stage of the fulfillment cycle. You can keep a close eye on your purchase through the Spoyl app’s Track Order feature.
Shipping costs may be chargeable during the purchase of products. Shipping costs are not refundable.
