Download the Spoyl app from App store or Google Play store. Once you havedownloaded the app follow the below mentioned steps:
1. Create an account: Create an account for free using your email or login through Facebook, and complete your profile under Main Menu > My Profile.
2. Shop the closets of different Spoylers across the country. You can start following the closets of your fellow fashionistas to get all the updates about your favorite designs and trends.
3. Build your own closet - List your item for sale in less than 60 seconds. Click a picture, add a detailed description and watch the magic happen.
Three words. Simple, Easy and Quick!!! Click on the camera icon on the homepage of the app, upload a picture or two, write about your item, and you’re done! It literally takes 60 seconds or less to upload an item. No commitments or contracts required.
Spoyl Tip: Pictures speak more than words. To grab the attention of buyers, upload a beautiful cover photo which is the face of your product/closet. Use good quality pictures with appropriate lighting. Buyers want to clearly see the item. Write a good description about the condition, size, color, and any additional information about the item you want to use to educate the buyer.
Once you have uploaded the photo of the product you wish to sell, the product undergoes a review carried out by our fashion curators before getting published on the app. Our curation team verifies the listing (purely based on the pictures and the content you post) and the identity of the seller. The listing is then made available for public view and for your editing purposes. If an item gets rejected during the approval process, you will receive a notification stating the reason for rejection.
Spoyl takes 15% cut out of every sale made through its platform. This is used to cover the operational expenses incurred during the fulfilment including pickup, curation, sanitation and delivery of the product. Upon making a successful sale on the Spoyl app you will be notified about the amount due to you. This amount gets reflected under the Spoyl Money tab inside the app. You may further cash out the money you have earned from all your sales directly into your bank account from Spoyl Money. After the cash-out request is raised, it will take 2-3 working days for funds to be reflected in your bank account.
We provide FREE SHIPPING on all orders above INR 500. We charge a flat fee of Rs.50 for orders below Rs.500 effective from 4/2/2016.
On receiving a request for purchase, you shall be allowed up to 48 hours from this time henceforth to “Confirm” your willingness to sell the product. Post which a pickup partner will be assigned to pick the product up. Note that this assignment is done on the basis of your location. Also, the shipping process may vary from partner to partner. Would request you to go through the overview of this mentioned below.

On the onset, we would recommend you to not Accept/”Confirm” the order. In case you have already done this, you can cancel the order by visiting My orders > Selling > Order number.
Buyers may cancel the order before it is picked up from the seller. The order isn’t considered picked up until the status on the app changes to “Pickedup”. For cancellations, please write to us at email@example.com with complete order details and we will initiate the cancellation immediately.
Both parties will receive a notification once the order is cancelled
You are 100% protected when you place an order with Spoyl. We will not release payment to the seller until you’ve received your item and verify that the item is as described in the listing. You have 36 hours from the time of delivery to do this. If we don’t hear from you within 36 hours, we consider that you’re happy with the item and will release the funds to the seller. After this we will not able to take up any claims for returns.
Please allow us 7-10 business days to deliver the order post it has been picked up from the seller’s location. However, the majority of our sellers ship their orders within a day of purchase. After you place your order, we work behind the scenes with the seller/shipping and sanitation partners to get your order to you as soon as possible. You are provided with different notification means to track your order - Email, text and inside app notifications.
If you haven’t received an item you ordered, first, please go to the Main Menu> My Orders tab inside your app and check the status of the order.
You can now track your order using the below mentioned link. All you need to do is enter the Line ID for the product. Meanwhile, if you have any questions regarding your order, you can always contact us 24/7 at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details.
If the cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). We will initiate the refund within 1-2 business days of approval. You will receive the credit with a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer/bank’s policies. Usually, it varies anywhere between 7-10 business days, or even more in some cases.
As a seller you should expect the payment to be completed in all aspects within 12-15 days of the pickup. Post successful delivery of the product to the buyer which shall take about a week’s time, the buyer will be allotted 36 hours for verification or to raise a return request. Post expiration of this deadline the funds will be automatically credited to your Spoyl Money account.
You can request a direct deposit of the funds into your bank account from your Spoyl Money account. All you need to do is click the "Cash Out" button under your Spoyl Money tab and fill in your bank/personal details. After the cash-out request is raised, it will take 2-3 working days for funds to reflect in your bank account.
Spoyl Points is as good as money in your wallet. You can order products using this virtual form of money. However, you can only use up to a maximum of 100 Spoyl Points on a single order (an order is defined as a single cart purchase). You can accrue this cool form of currency by referring/getting referred by your friends. Each time you refer/get referred by someone you get 100 Spoyl Points in your account.
Spoyl Money is the new and cool way to pay for your purchase on the Spoyl App/Website. It is a wallet that you can use for quick purchases and easy refunds. You can also withdraw the Spoyl Money balance at any time into a bank account of your choice.
We believe in KISS. Keeping it simple stupid, you can raise a cash-out request by just providing your correct bank account details.
Please note that the details have to be per your bank records. We shall process the request in 3-5 business days.
The funds will be credited to you with a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer/bank’s policies. Usually, it varies anywhere between 3-15 business days. You will be notified once the refund process has been initiated. You are requested to contact your bank to determine the number of days it would take to have the amount refunded into your account. Spoyl is not responsible for any delay which may occur due to the functioning of third party entities such as Banks etc.
We follow an automated process to release the funds to your bank account. In light of the same, if the details provided by you are incorrect, the bank will be unable to process your request. You will be notified to share the correct details to process the transaction. Please note that these transactions will take longer than usual.

Please wait for 1-2 business days after receiving the message or call your bank customer care and mention the UTR/Bank Reference ID which you should have received in the text message. If the transaction is cancelled by the bank due to any reason, we are more than happy to process it again.
No, though they are the means to the same end which is making your cheap purchase cheaper, you can’t cash-out Spoyl Points in contrast to Spoyl Money. Spoyl Points is a promotional programme aimed at increasing participation across people on the platform.
