  • What is Spoyl’s 15 days Return Policy ?

    An order can be canceled before it is confirmed by Spoyl. Once the order is confirmed, a customer can raise a request for cancellation by contacting Spoyl. Orders which requires any kind of customization/alternation or orders which are placed on special request with prior confirmation from the buyer cannot be canceled. In case such orders are canceled, the buyer will bear the entire cost incurred by Spoyl and/or their supplier. Refund will be initiated to the buyer after necessary deductions.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    Customer will have to Call us at -- 080 427-566-19, or send email to support@spoyl.in and request for the order cancel. If emailed, Customer Service Associate from Spoyl will get in touch with you within 24 Hrs, upon verification, they will assist you with order cancellation.

  • What’s the cancellation fee?

    There are no cancellation fees if an order is canceled before it's confirmed by Spoyl.

  • Can Spoyl cancel my order?

    Spoyl reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice. If you have made full payment or partial payment, Money will be refunded to your account within 3 working days from approval of refund. Please note that it might take additional 3-7 working days for the money to reflect in your account, depending upon processing time of your bank.

  • I have made full or partial payment, when will I get my refund?

  • The following EXCEPTIONS apply to this Return Policy

    Jewellery, cosmetics, sunglasses, socks, deodorants, perfumes, briefs, lingerie, swimwear, wristbands cannot be exchanged or returned. All items to be returned must be unused. Make sure that the article/s have the original tags and packaging intact. (for e.g. a pair of shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
 Product/s with a seal will not be returned if the seal is broken. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well. Spoyl will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Spoyl would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the shopper.
