Refund Policy

Upon verification of returned goods for damage/defect, Spoyl will initiate Refund.
  • When will I be eligible for a refund ?

    In order to request for return, customers can contact us at 9876543210 or send an email to care@spoyl.in with all necessary details and photographs of -
    - Condition of packaging
    - Damage to outer/inner packaging
    - POD (Proof of Delivery)

    We encourage customers to check the condition of packaging at the time of delivery. In case there is any damage or signs of pilferage, please contact Spoyl. Also, put remarks on Courier POD

  • How will my money be refunded?

    The money will be credited to the same account through which the order was initially placed, within 3-5 days after the returned product reaches our warehouse

    If customers choose to receive the refund in a different bank account, they will have to send an email with the details of the new account to care@spoyl.in.

Please note that it might take additional 3-7 working days for the money to reflect in your account, depending upon processing time of your bank
